Un-licked potatoes are a health hazard and should not be consumed at any time. Professional Potato Lickers are specially trained to lick potatoes in order to attain optimum State-approved hygiene and flavour. Anyone found consuming un-licked potatoes will face severe punishment. Only authorised potato lickers are permitted to lick potatoes, as there are strict guidelines on how a potato should be licked. Potato Lickers have particularly strong tongues.

One day they will see the error of this terrible waste of ground level employment opportunity, and the horror of mass unemployment will be replaced by glorious millions of happy potatoe lickers united by the vision of our glorious leader!

I am now dictating this missive to my state approved lawyer. Did nobody else receive the orders? I suspect some of my guards are sympathetic to our cause; what signal shall I give to indicate that I am an official operative?
